I became an Integrative Health Practitioner because I needed answers that conventional medicine couldn't give me.

What I discovered is that many women aren't broken. Their nervous systems are overwhelmed, their bodies are depleted, and they're trying to function in a constant state of stress.

Most of the women I work with are carrying homes, children, and constant responsibility while running on empty — so this approach is built for real life, not ideal conditions.

My approach is grounded, practical, and designed to work in the middle of a full life. Because healing shouldn't require a second job — or turning your life upside down.
